Note: My friend owns a small business and finally after 8 years he will have his $80k/year note paid off. He has been drawing a very meager salary over that time and was looking forward to his hard work finally paying off. Now, with Obamacare looking more like a reality, he has calculated the cost to be $80k/year. Result: no net gain after busting his butt for 8 years!
